Maud Municipal Authority

The Maud Municipal Authority was formed in 1972 as a Municipal Trust under Title 60 of the Oklahoma State Statutes. The authority was created to manage and administer the Water, Wastewater, and Garbage collection for the City of Maud.

The officers of the authority are the Mayor as Chairman, City Clerk as Secretary, and Council Members as Board Members.

The Municipal Authority is responsible for operational oversight and financial management of the Water and Wastewater system. Garbage collection is performed by Carl's Sanitation under contract with the Authority.
